MEGAPAN is a green and environmental, fire resistant , water resistant , high-impact Construction panel
that is well-suited for both interior and exterior sheating applications.

COMPOSITION & MATERIALS

MEGAPAN is a new kind of board which is manufactured from a combination of magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride as its main material .It uses alkali- resistant fibreglass mesh as strengthening and takes light modified mixture as its filler .

MEGAPAN is very smooth on one side and sand textured on the other side .Standard edges are square or tapered .MEGAPAN may be cut,trimmed or shaped using ordinary power or hand tools.

COLOR

MEGAPAN is light grey in color.

MEGAPAN:

is resistant to combustion at 800°C and remains flameless at 1200°C
is light in weight (900-1400kg/m³)
is bendable and resistant to impact ( average bending strength ,MPA > 16 and impact strength ,KJ/m² > 3.6 )
is waterproof and moisture resistant ( resistant to deformation in wet ,hot and dry conditions )
has good sound insulation
has thermal conductivity of 0.216 w/(m.k)
resistant to halogen accumulation and remains stable in strength
has freezing resistance ( it shows no damage after 25 cycles of freeze thawing ) ( can be used for walls and ceilings of cold storage rooms in a temperature as low as -40°C )
may be covered with faces of any kind or sprayed with paint
is very easy to cut , saw , nail .
contains no poisonous materials of any kind ( free of asbest ,formaldehyde ,ammonia etc….)
